At Om Mangalam Mart, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Request Timeline
Customers must raise a return request within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Product Condition for Returns
Returned products must be:
Unused, unworn, and unwashed
In original condition
With original packaging, tags, and labels intact
Any product that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.

4. Return Approval & Pickup
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address. Approval is subject to inspection and policy compliance.
5. Return Processing Charges
A ₹300 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all approved returns.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective:
Please share clear images/videos of the damaged item within 24–48 hours of delivery
After verification, the return will be approved
No processing fee will be deducted in such cases
7. Refund Process
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.
Prepaid Orders:
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method after applicable deductions.Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds will be transferred to the customer’s provided bank account after applicable deductions.
