Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange

Domestic Orders Only

Exchange facility is available only for orders delivered within India.

Product Condition

To qualify for exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • All original tags, packaging, certificates (if applicable), and accessories must be intact.
  • The product must not show any signs of damage caused after delivery.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.


2. Exchange Request Process

Request Submission

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

  • Order ID
  • Reason for exchange
  • Clear images of the product

Incomplete requests may not be processed.


Approval & Reverse Pickup

  • All exchange requests are subject to approval.
  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where service is available).
  • If pickup is not available in your area, you may need to ship the product to our return address.

Inspection & Dispatch

  • After receiving the product at our warehouse, it will undergo quality inspection.
  • If approved, the replacement (size/color) will be dispatched within 3–4 working days.

3. Exchange Charges

A processing fee of ₹300 will be applicable for all exchanges.

However, this fee will NOT apply if:

  • The product was received in damaged condition
  • The wrong item was delivered

4. Exchange Limit

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.
  • If the requested size or color is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.
  • The credit note will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Clearance or final sale products (if mentioned)

6. Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product:

  • Inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear images or unboxing proof.
  • After verification, exchange charges will be waived.
